At Planet Missy, we want you to love your new look, but if a piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
